DESCRIPTION:

The Mugello International Circuit, also known as Mugello Circuit, is an Italian car and motorcycle circuit. It is located in the municipality of Scarperia e San Piero, in the province of Florence, and is owned by Ferrari. The track layout is 5245 m long, and winds through 15 curves.

HISTORY

Originally the Mugello circuit was born in the form of a road circuit inaugurated in 1914 along the Strdale course, the race was conceived as a "regularity race", interrupted by the war. The demanding and selective competition had its best years immediately after the war, when the most capable and tenacious drivers competed with their cars on a route, already modified, of 66 km. Difficult track, which went from Scarperia to Firenzuola to climb up to Passo della Futa and descend to San Piero a Sieve and return to Scarperia.

EVENTS

Mugello is a tourist attraction that greatly enhances Mugello and consequently enhances the landscape and products a lot.
